Please expect a 3-5 day processing for your order prior to shipping, I strive to ship out orders same day, but this is currently a one woman show (with 4 school aged kids, and I work another job to boot). So occasionally life, craft shows or needing to make the product you ordered will cause a short delay in shipping. If you have any questions regarding shipping timeframe for a particular product please contact us directly prior to ordering and we will get right back with you.

We charge actual shipping for all retail orders. We do not set the shipping prices, the carriers do, and if the shipping price that you pay is $2.00 or more over what we paid we will credit your account the difference. We reserve the right to ship in the most economical manner, via USPS, UPS, or FedEX.
Orders that contain items that are on "pre-order" status and items that are in stock will be shipped in one shipment once the pre-order status is lifted. It is suggested that a second purchase be made to split a pre-order purchase and an in-stock purchase if you would like to receive the in-stock items sooner. Shipping fees will be assessed for each shipment sent.

If you live in Billings, Montana where we produce our products we offer curbside pick-up at our workshop location. This will be by appointment only. Please select local pick-up and include a good phone number and email address for us to set up a pick-up time and date. If you are not local, and you choose the wrong method of shipment we will contact you to fix the issue before shipping the products.

Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returned items, we do however require photo proof for claims. If there is a problem with your order (other than color or fragrance choice), please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. It is our aim to satisfy our customers. Replacements, refunds or store credits will be determined on a case by case basis.
Let's make this simple: we don't store or use your information. The website has cookies, if you don't block them. You can create an account, but you don't have to. We never see your personal payment on the website, if there was a way to find it I have no clue.
